Site Amenities
- All sites have electric, water, and sewer hookups. Water & sewer hookups are included in the site rental/lease fee at no additional charge. Electricity usually runs about $1 – $2 a day depending upon usage.
- All sites have underground cable. Cable TV and high-speed internet data streaming service is available through Spectrum per their rates; however, many over-the-air TV channels are available for free.
- 8′ x 10′ storage shed on each site.
